Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected serviceable pin codes.
  • Order confirmation may be required before dispatching COD orders.
  • Verified COD orders are generally shipped within 1 business day after confirmation.

Important Notice

Toysvala, its logistics team, and courier partners will never ask customers to make advance payments for Cash on Delivery orders.

If you receive any suspicious calls, messages, or payment links requesting payment for a COD order before delivery, please do not make any payment and contact our support team immediately.

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
