At Toysvala, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Returns

Products sold by Toysvala can only be returned under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is different from the item ordered.
  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The product is defective or not functioning upon arrival (Dead on Arrival).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and invoices must be included.
  • The product must not show any signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any claim related to damage, missing items, incorrect products, or manufacturing defects, customers must:

  • Record a complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully inspected.
  • Ensure the video is continuous, clear, and unedited.
  • Share the complete video with Toysvala via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Claims Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The video is incomplete, edited, or unclear.
  • The claim is submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • The product has been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery.

Replacements & Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition (Dead on Arrival), Toysvala will arrange a replacement after verification.

The customer must return the product along with:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories and components
  • Product tags and labels
  • Invoice or proof of purchase

The product's serial number, barcode, and identification labels must remain intact and untampered.

Replacement Process

  1. Customer reports the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Toysvala reviews the claim and supporting unboxing video.
  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
  4. Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in cases where:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or operational issues.
  • Toysvala determines that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
